Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for services rendered under digital marketing, IT development, SEO, UI/UX, and other digital solutions.

2. Cancellation Conditions

  • Clients can cancel a service within 48 hours of payment, only if work hasn’t commenced.
  • Long-term or retainer services require a 7-day prior notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Criteria

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service was not initiated within the agreed-upon time frame.
  • The project is canceled before significant work or resource allocation.
  • Technical fault or non-performance due to our failure.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Any service where milestone work has already been delivered.
  • Paid media/ad spend once initiated on platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Domain, hosting, or third-party software costs.
  • Design, consulting, or strategy sessions once delivered.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Indian Arbitration Act, if applicable.
