- Late payments beyond 15 days may incur a 2% penalty per month.
- We reserve the right to pause work for non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
- All final deliverables are the client’s property upon full payment.
- EStreet reserves the right to showcase anonymized project data or visuals in its portfolio.
- The client is responsible for the usage rights of the content/data provided to us.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
- We are not responsible for third-party platform errors or penalties.
7. Termination
We may terminate services:
- For breach of terms
- Non-payment

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.
9. Dispute Resolution
